1.Return & Exchange Policy
We are confident that you love our products, however in the event that you would like to apply for a refund, please follow the processes set out below.
Please note that if a return is sent without an RMA number, we may return the item(s) to you or charge you a restocking fee.Our standard returns policy for item(s) bought is 30 days and to qualify for a full refund the item must be:

⚫︎in its original packaging,
⚫︎in a resalable condition, and
⚫︎returned to us within 30 days of purchase.

2.Cancellation Policy
We accept cancellations within 24h after placing an order. If you would like to cancel your order, please message us within 24h.

①Order Processing Times
Most orders are processed within 7 business days of your order.There may however be occasions were processing you order is challenged.
If the item you have ordered is out of stock or part needed become unavailable, we will contact you and let you know the lead time on your purchase.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email/message.
②Estimated Delivery Time
With standard shipping methods, it usually takes about 14 days to 30 days until arrival. (Estimated delivery time differs depending on where you live.) However, international shipping can be delayed especially during holiday seasons. If your order is time sensitive, please choose EMS from shipping options.
